These terms apply to Skele software products unless a product-specific marketplace listing or agreement states otherwise.

Using Skele products

You may use a Skele product for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the rules of the marketplace through which it is distributed. You are responsible for the accounts, data, and actions you authorize.

Marketplace billing

Where a marketplace provides native billing, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through that marketplace and are also subject to its terms.

Product outputs

Skele products provide operational software and diagnostic information. Results should be reviewed in the context of your business and the rules of the relevant marketplace. Unless explicitly stated, a Skele result does not represent an official decision by a marketplace.

Availability

We may improve, change, or discontinue features as products evolve. We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
